Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association (LEAHA) in partnership with Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal community members in and around the townships of Lakes Entrance, Metung and Swan Reach.
The Aboriginal Health Practitioner is a key member of the LEAHA Health team. You will be involved in providing support to the LEAHA GP and health team to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal community in Lakes Entrance.
What we are looking for:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal community. You'll have a strong connection to and understanding of the Lakes Entrance Aboriginal community, work well in a collaborative team environment, and hold, be studying, or be willing to complete a Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or other relevant training.
