About the role

This position is responsible for a range of administration functions to ensure the effective operation of the Children’s Centre and Early Learning Centre.

You will support the Centre Manager, Assistant Manager and Educational Leader to develop and maintain a range of systems and processes to ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met, and the service is responsive to the needs of families, staff and other stakeholders.

This position will suit an individual who can work autonomously, has an eye for a high level of detail, and who is able to create positive and strong relationships with the Centre’s families and staff.

About our Centres 

We provide care and education to children from infancy through to thirteen years of age, in a safe, secure and stimulating environment including:

  • Full time, part time and casual care including care on curriculum days
  • Before and after school care
  • 3 and 4 year old kindergarten 
  • Care for children with special needs 
  • Excursions and incursions

Over 160 children are currently enrolled at both the Children's Centre and the Early Learning Centre.
