About the role

Now is your chance to shape the future of mental health and wellbeing in Victoria!  Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals are an important part of Victoria’s reformed mental health and wellbeing system.  The Victorian Government has committed to establishing 50 Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals, with 2 of these being established in Bairnsdale and Orbost.  Working together, GLCH, Wellways and Latrobe Regional Health will provide a range of support and therapies specific to what the community needs, whenever and wherever they are needed.

The Change & Consolidate Team Leader is responsible for the leadership and management of the Change & Consolidate team.  If you are a skilled people leader with experience in effectively leading teams and building a consumer and community led, inclusive, and values driven culture then this exciting opportunity could be for you.  You will support the development of service delivery, including the establishment of collaborative models of care focused on peer-based supports, service navigation, single session therapies and family & carer programs, and the associated policies and procedures.
