Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association (LEAHA) in partnership with Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal community members in and around the townships of Lakes Entrance, Metung and Swan Reach.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate person to join our multi-disciplinary team at LEAHA in the role of; 

  • Customer Service Manager 
The Customer Service Manager leads LEAHA’s Customer Service Team and oversees the delivery of customer service to clients, families and visitors.
 
The position provides operational leadership across reception, appointment scheduling, client administration and records management. Working with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team, the Customer Service Manager ensures customer service systems operate effectively and support LEAHA’s strategic priorities and continuous improvement.

We seek a manager that is professional, friendly, efficient, compassionate and helpful. Comprehensive training and support will be provided. Applicants must have a formal qualification in Business administration or Management
