About the role
The Facilities team is responsible for GLCHs buildings, grounds, fleet, waste management, safety & security systems, and other GLCH infrastructure. This team ensures GLCH sites are safe, clean and accessible.
The Facilities Coordinator will help to develop, implement, maintain and review a range of systems and processes to ensure the effective functioning of this key area. This position will coordinate 3rd party contractors to provide licensed repairs and maintenance to ensure GLCH meets its legislative requirements.
Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Business Administration, Property Management, or Trade Certificate (or equivalent qualification or relevant experience).
Also, experience in facilities coordination or maintenance administration and knowledge of OHS principles is desirable.
