About the role

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing GLCH’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation, security, and scalability of all IT systems. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on management of hardware, software, networks, and data systems to support business objectives.

The IT Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, implement solutions, and maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Key responsibilities include managing IT staff, ensuring cybersecurity, and driving innovation to enhance operational efficiency.

Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT management (healthcare experience preferred)
