About the role
This position is the first point of contact for people who require information or access to Complete Therapies services or programs. The role includes informing people about service availability, eligibility, waiting lists and fees; coordinating appointments; and facilitating referrals to appropriate services.
Skills & Experience
This position will suit an individual who has exceptional customer service and administration skills, a qualification in Business or Administration would be well regarded but is not mandatory.
