          About the role

          If you are passionate about delivering quality healthcare in the heart of your community, this might be the role for you!

          This position is responsible for providing day to day management, including clinical and professional leadership of staff, within home-based and aged and complex care nursing (including palliative care) services to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that are responsive to community needs. 

          Qualifications & Experience 

          • Current AHPRA recognised Registered Nurse qualification. A post graduate qualification and experience in a relevant clinical area would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
          • Experience encompassing clinical skills and knowledge commensurate with the scope of the service.
          • Experience leading and mentoring staff.
          • Experience in clinical governance including effective management of clinical risk and client safety.
