Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association (LEAHA) in partnership with Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal community members in and around the townships of Lakes Entrance, Metung and Swan Reach.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate person to join our multi-disciplinary team at LEAHA in the role of;
The LEHA Program Support Worker will work across several LEAHA programs to support improved health outcomes for Aboriginal people in the local community.
You will primarily help run activities and outings for the weekly Men’s program and Elders group but may also be required to assist with other LEAHA programs and community events such as Naidoc, Reconciliation and community meetings. You will also assist with the medical transport program by driving clients to medical appointments.
