About the role

The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Candidate (PCNPC) will be responsible for the provision of advanced nursing care in the specialty area of palliative care within an interdisciplinary team, managing symptomatic issues holistically and providing direct or consultative care for clients and their families/carers, primarily in their homes. You will work closely with our Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner and will be provided with the appropriate clinical supervision, mentorship and learning opportunities incorporating supervised practice across the scope of the role.

Skills & Experience

  • AHPRA recognised Registered Nurse qualification
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a relevant clinical role
