About the role

This position provides administrative support to the Community and Home-Based Nursing teams and acts as a key point of contact for clients, carers, staff and external service providers. The role is responsible for providing information about nursing services, processing referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate client records and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. Working closely with the nursing team, the position helps ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in accordance with organisational and funding requirements.

Qualification, Skills and Experience 

A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates should possess strong administrative skills and experience, ideally gained within a healthcare environment.
