About the role

The Implementation Technical Analyst will provide hands-on technical support for the implementation and integration of GLCH’s new Customer Relationship Managment (CRM)/Customer Management System (CMS), working closely with the selected vendor’s implementation team, the GLCH project team and GLCH internal stakeholders.

The role is supportive and delivery‑focused, focussing on data migration, integrations, and system testing.

Skills & Experience

Qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Information Management, IT, or related field is desired and demonstrated experience as an Implementation Technical Analyst, preferably within a complex service environment.
