About the role

Reporting to the Quality and Governance Manager, the Quality and Compliance Officer provides specialist coordination and support to maintain effective quality, accreditation and legislative compliance systems across GLCH.

The role supports organisational assurance by coordinating evidence, registers, action plans and reporting inputs that enable internal committees, Executive and the Board to maintain oversight of accreditation readiness, compliance status, quality improvement progress and emerging risks

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification in a related discipline - for example quality systems, health information management, risk management, compliance, and/or OH&S (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or administrative role is required.
