About the role
This role is responsible for providing high level administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Clinical and Nursing Services Executive Manager and Unit at GLCH.
You will be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, support the Executive Manager in ensuring efficient and effective Unit operations, and provide proactive and professional support and assistance.
You will contribute to effective Unit functioning with your proactive, professional, efficient and organised support of the Executive Manager.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. A relevant qualification in administration or business (Certificate IV or above) would be well regarded.
You will need to manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working in a busy and demanding environment. A high level of attention to detail is required.
